About our Balm

Teager Balm uses a simple base and focusses on active ingredients, rather than a complicated base formula with few active ingredients. Teager Balm doesn’t include medicines or synthetic ingredients that you can’t pronounce but focusses on natural ingredients with proven effectiveness over hundreds of years.

 

Green Tea Extract

Green Tea is a common beverage with several benefits. One of which is proven to provide an effective and safe treatment for pain relief. It possesses antinociceptive effects which makes it an effective ingredient to include in Teager Balm. Many of the protective effects of green tea in terms of pain relief are attributed to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Why Is it effective?
Green Tea contains Epigallocatechin -3-gallate (EGCG), this component is effective in the management of pain through suppression of inflammations and oxidative stress.
